This Privacy Policy explains how GloopGo ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you play our multiplayer game across Android, Web, Desktop, and iOS platforms.
Important — Operator rights. We reserve the right to delete any user data, account, nickname, profile, gameplay statistics, leaderboard entries, or related records at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without liability to you. This includes abuse prevention, integrity, legal compliance, and operational needs.
GloopGo is designed with privacy-first principles. We do not require personal identification such as your real name, email address, physical address, or phone number to play.
The information collected is used exclusively for:
GloopGo uses trusted infrastructure and third-party services:
Real-time game session data is ephemeral and cleared when you exit an arena. Leaderboard and profile entries are retained to display high scores.
You may clear your own profile data from in-app Settings (Clear All User Data) when available. Separately, we may delete your data or profile at any time without warning, as described in the operator-rights callout above, and without liability.
Nicknames you choose are visible to other players in multiplayer matches and on leaderboards. That nickname is user-generated content.
From the leaderboard or the in-game standings, you can report another player's nickname. A report asks you to choose a reason: offensive name, cheating, or other. We store the report in Firebase Realtime Database with your anonymous user ID, the reported player's anonymous user ID, the reported nickname, the reason, and a server timestamp. Authenticated players can create reports. They cannot read, edit, or delete report records.
You can also block another player. On your device, that player's nickname is then shown as "Blocked player" on leaderboards and on in-game name labels. You can review and unblock players in Settings under Blocked players. A copy of your block list may also be stored under your own account so it can be removed when you delete your data. Clearing all user data from Settings deletes your account profile and also clears this block list.
Account deletion is available in the app: Settings, Clear All User Data. That action deletes your profile and related records, then signs you out.
GloopGo does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, use the developer contact email published on the GloopGo App Store and Google Play listings so we can promptly delete it.
All data exchanged between GloopGo and backend servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
